Segment Producer for AnimeVice.com

It's a brave new year, and I've got a new full-time job as a Video Segment Producer at AnimeVice.com, a fan community and news source for Western fans of Japanese animation.  I shoot, direct, and edit at least three original videos a week for the site featuring the site's lead editor, Gia Manry.

The video above is my first off-site shoot, where the editorial staff got to check out a demo the highly anticipated video game, Final Fantasy XIII.

Movie Geek: Stage & Screen Highlights

Movie Geek premiered in the 2005 New York Fringe Festival, and featured projections of original film and video directed and edited by Ana Hurka-Robles.

Movie Geek was the recipient of the 2005 Fringe Award for Best Multimedia. All subsequent productions, including runs at The Culture Project and Ars Nova, have included AHR's video work

Brand Management

Brand Management is an eight minute short film, written and directed by Ana Hurka-Robles. It's a "fictional documentary" about the process of rebranding a ordinary, unfamous individual. You can view it here in it's entirety.

Brand Management was recently screened at the K-Dog and Dunebuggy Film Festival in Brooklyn as part of their "Biography" series.
